In early January 2017, a group of MBA students at Louisiana State University got together to discuss an idea for serving and giving back. This group of students varied in age, hometown, and occupation, but all had one thing in common – a desire to serve our veterans. Together, they formulated what would become “Honor Flight Louisiana”, a hub in the much larger Honor Flight Network of non-profit organizations around the United States with the goal of giving back to the generations of Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, and Marines that gave us so much – our freedom.

While still in its youth, Honor Flight Louisiana’s goal is to put the oath many of us have sworn to action, and honor those men and women with an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. While our mission of bringing these WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War veterans to Washington D.C. remains constant, the gratitude in our hearts will be ever growing.

Please, join us in honoring our veterans and become a Guardian today.
